Support4Cloud services provides support for Microsoft and Google cloud services with focus on email, chat, drive and unified technologies .

Our email support packages  is limited to providing support on core features as  available in the tenant.

All service request which falls outside this scope will require a new SLA.

Support issues  due to  downtime from service provider-all support issues beyond Support4Coud will be escalated to cloud providers to addressed. Resolution time depends on  response time from the cloud provider.

All Pay as you go  email support plans requires a payment method  to be on file for monthly billing
